• UN Fleet insurance claims processed and tracked when required.
• Maintenance invoices and supporting documents reviewed daily.
• Electronic Vehicle Monitoring (EVM) data monitored and controlled.
• Monthly maintenance report submitted within the first five working days of the following month.
• Remote‑location maintenance contract performance monitored.
• Road safety awareness campaigns implemented.
• Driving assessments conducted for mission personnel as required.
