Opportunity Description
The Transportation Clerk supports the daily transportation operations by coordinating shipment documentation, appointment scheduling, and communication between drivers, customer's and internal teams. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, timely updates, and smooth execution of freight movement in and out of the facility.
Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.
**Pay** : $20/hr
**Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday, 11:30AM – 8pm
