Transportation Coordinator

**Job Description**

Position Summary:

Responsible for aiding and operational execution for outbound domestic transportation at the Stockton distribution center.

Essential Functions of this Role:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Arrange the delivery products to customers and oversee the delivery of goods.
+ Ensure delivery schedules are met and track deliveries, update and provide tracking information.
+ Use Log the site TMS to review delivery costs and select cost effective transportation solutions.
+ Perform Log Pro TMS system inquires as needed.
+ Transportation routing submissions for collect specified customers.
+ Collaborate with customer carriers and systems to schedule pick-ups.
+ Execute small parcel shipment processing using such as FEDEX and UPS
+ Prepare Bill of Ladings
+ Obtain Full Truck Load (FTL) and less than Truckload (LTL) Rate Quotes
