What You’ll Be Doing
In this leadership role, you will oversee and strengthen the long-term partnership between TTEC and its transportation service providers. You will manage and develop a team of coordinators, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your focus will be on driving operational efficiency, improving service delivery standards, and identifying sustainable cost-optimization opportunities, all while maintaining a high-quality employee transport experience.
