Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and lead staff on your shift to help ensure University and departmental standards and expectations are met
+ Manage employees’ work time and time off requests in time-keeping programs: KRONOS , Web Time Entry, and Humanity
+ Ensure proper staff coverage is scheduled for regular work shifts, chartered and fixed-route services, special events, activities, and functions
+ Set a do-as-I-do by your willingness to perform any task that you expect of your staff
+ Create performance plans that enforce University and departmental goals, and review each employee’s performance with them at the end of the cycle
+ Recruit, train, orient, and mentor new employees to set service and program expectations, including specific program information related...
