Transportation Supervisor - ES

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Transportation Supervisor provides direct supervision and coordination of the daily activities related to transportation programs and roles, such as drivers and/or transportation administrative support roles. Creates schedules and assigns routes to maximize efficiencies and enhance company profitability. Ensures compliance with transportation regulations and company policies and procedures. Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists team members in solving work problems. Selects, develops, and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient operations.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provides day to day supervision of CDL Drivers for employees.
+ Plan schedules and routes to ensure maximum efficiencies.
+ Ensures the vehicle fleet is properly maintained.
