**Summary:**
Responsible for staffing, scheduling and dispatching transporters, arranging appropriate training for transporters, generating and maintaining department statistics in Capacity Management software applications and maintaining a high level of customer service with our many customers. Uses radiology information system (RIS), electronic medical record (EMR), or Capacity Management to confirm patient identity and location and the Kronos application to act as timekeeper for the department.
