Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customs formalities and ensure smooth clearance of shipments
- Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and government authorities
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations
- Plan and coordinate transport operations for imports and exports
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics flow
- Maintain records and reports related to customs and transport
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in transport coordination or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
