Salary: CHF 79'000 – CHF 89'000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop economic and efficient transport planning with a team of eight planners, maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate regular exchange with dispatches to ensure smooth, high‑quality route planning.
• Understand internal and external customer needs and work with stakeholders to deliver optimal, cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with transport partners to adjust routes and continuously identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate planned route changes with procurement and arrange additional capacity when necessary.
• Act as operational interface, linking all logistics processes from acceptance to delivery.
