Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve defined sales targets by building strong rapport with clients.
- Provide accurate travel counseling regarding flight options, routings, fares, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Perform expert ticketing using GDS (Sabre preferred), low-cost carrier portals, B2B Airline Consolidators, or Airline NDC Portals.
- Stay current on global travel restrictions, passport, visa, and health requirements to ensure compliance.
- Foster long-term client relationships through professional and tailored travel solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system, with a strong preference for Sabre.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency, specifically in international airline ticketing sales and operations.
