· Number of Beds – 4 OR rooms

· Number of Staff – 5 RN's/6 ST (4 are First Assists)

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 7-330

o Night Shift – "on call” 330p -7am (M-F)

· Type of procedures- Robot, Ortho, TJ, ENT, GYN, General, Bariatric, podiatry, etc.

· EMR – meditech

· CNOR strong x3 years/ unit of Distinction 2019

· Joint commission certified in both Knees and Hips.
