American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN with rehabilitation experience for a 13-week inpatient acute rehab assignment in Louisville, KY, working weekend day shifts (Saturday-Monday).
Job Details
• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 12-14 bed units on 1 South or 2 South floors,
• Specialty focus on rehabilitation nursing (IRF) serving adult patients ages 18 and older,
• Common diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, hip and knee replacements, and orthopedic injuries,
• Patient ratios: 1:7 (RN), 1:10 (LPN), 1:12 (CNA),
• On-site equipment includes EKG machine and bladder scanner,
• EMR: Cerner,
• Day shift hours: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM,
• Weekend-only schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday,
• No float requirements,
