Travel Physical Therapist

**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is currently hiring a **Traveling** **Physical Therapist** in **Shelbyville, KY** . This is a traveling position.

**Pay:** $55.00 - $59.00 per hour based on experience
**Type:** Three-month contract
**Schedule:** 32 hours per week guaranteed, 8:00AM – 4:30PM M-F

**Notes:** This position will cover Shelby county, eastern Jefferson county, Spencer county

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· OASIS Assessments for Home Health patients

· Development of plan of care

· Physical therapy treatment in patients home

· Supervision of physical therapy assistants

· Electronic charting
