TRAVEL PPV PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support home health services across Multnomah and Clackamas counties. In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care through patient visits, working closely with physical therapists and care teams to support patient recovery and mobility.This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in independent, patient-centered environments and are comfortable working in a home health setting.
This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform subsequent patient visits under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement and support individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functionality
