Tray Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Fabricate cable trays including ladder type, perforated type and accessories.
• Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding and assembly of tray components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches and material schedules.
• Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications.
• Assemble tray sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers and fittings.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions and finishing quality of fabricated items.
• Work with materials such as GI sheets, MS sheets and aluminum where applicable.
• Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements.
• Maintain fabrication tools, machinery and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment.
