Opportunity Description
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administering the daily performance of tasks related to Forex and Remittance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and account if Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund is reconciled with daily system generated reports
- Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regulations
- Ensure that the display rates in all counters are updated always based on broadcast rates
- Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or related industry
