In this role, you’ll support individuals navigating behavioral health challenges and reentry, using assessment tools and evidence-based practices to help them build a path forward.
As part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you will assess client needs, develop service plans, provide therapeutic group facilitation, and support program outcomes in a structured and compassionate environment.
