Position: Treaty Underwriter Senior Executive/Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversee and assist team members in reaching both individual and group KPIs. Assign work, track development, and offer coaching to improve output and service quality. Create a cooperative, upbeat workplace that promotes lifelong learning. Find and seize new business prospects in all areas of general insurance. Create and put into action plans to meet market share goals and premium targets. To increase retention and acquisition, cultivate and preserve solid relationships with corporate clients and agents. Determine growth areas by analysing market trends and rival activity, then modify plans accordingly. Work together with the underwriting, claims, and operations teams to smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
