trial Attorney - auto defense

We are seeking a NYC experienced auto defense litigation attorney to try cases, with a proven track record to join our Team of highly skilled, and highly successful, litigators in a young, busy and challenging practice trying cases in the 5 Boroughs of NYC. The work is remote unless you are appearing in Court. Court appearances in the 5 boroughs of New York City are frequent.

You will be responsible for the analysis and establishment of the defense strategy, prepping witnesses, working with experts, preparations of motions in limine, substantive pretrial motions, jury selection and trial. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking cases to verdict. Significant trial support by the firm allows for maximum focus on the trial by the attorney.
