Background:
- 10-15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense or business litigation
- Trial experience with first chair jury trials preferred
- Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses and handle court appearances
- Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations
