Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach the trimming department staff, assigning tasks and managing performance.
- Ensure all trims and accessories meet the specified quality and aesthetic requirements for the garments.
- Maintain accurate records of trim inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with production managers to ensure the timely issuance of trims for upcoming production runs.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the trims department.
- Ensure that all trimming activities comply with factory safety and regulatory standards, maintaining safe working conditions for the team.
- Liaise with design, sourcing, and production departments to align on trim selection and development.
