Opportunity Description
We are hiring an experienced Truck Fleet Manager / Fleet Operations Manager for a client in the UAE.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing truck fleets / heavy commercial vehicle fleets.
Candidates with additional experience in EV fleet operations , especially electric trucks or electric commercial vehicles , will be preferred.

Location: UAE / Dubai
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of truck / heavy commercial vehicle fleets.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, downtime and operational performance.
- Coordinate with drivers, workshop teams, maintenance teams and operations teams.
- Handle preventive maintenance, breakdowns, vehicle readiness and repair follow-ups.
