Job Title: Trust and Safety CSAM Specialist (English)

We are seeking highly skilled Trust & Safety Specialists to join a boutique team focused exclusively on CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and CSEM (Child Sexual Exploitation Material) casework. These specialists will act as the final decision‑makers on appeals, evaluate the proportionality of enforcement decisions, and identify policy gaps and emerging risks within exceptionally sensitive and high‑impact Trust & Safety workflows. This role requires advanced analytical judgment, strong ethical grounding, emotional resilience, and the ability to operate independently in high‑ambiguity scenarios. You will be part of a small, elite unit responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy, strengthening global child safety, and shaping the evolution of platform policies.
