**Weekly Schedule:** Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support.

**Essential Duties**

+ Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems.
+ Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department.
+ Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided.
