The Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead is looking to appoint a Trust Specialty Registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Services for a 12 month placement.

This post would be suitable for a senior maxillofacial candidate wishing to gain further experience in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in a specialist centre. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have existing experience.

The QVH is a well recognised regional maxillofacial unit, operating on a hub & spoke basis to provide services for a significant proportion of the South East.

The successful applicant will be exposed to elective and emergency oral and maxillofacial surgery patients and will gain experience in how to approach clinical situations starting from the initial consultation, making the diagnosis, to clerking and preparing the patients for theatre, post-operative management and short, medium and long term follow-up in out...
