Trust & Safety Policy Specialist

About the Role

This position is also open in U.S.; Beijing, China; Shanghai, China. We are looking for a Policy Specialist to join our Trust & Safety (TnS) Policy team. In this role, you will help develop and maintain global content and community policies to ensure platform safety, regulatory compliance, and a healthy ecosystem across international markets.

You will work on complex and evolving content risk areas, translating policy principles into actionable enforcement standards and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners including Legal, Product, Engineering, and Moderation teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced international environment.
