Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, seeks an Estate Planning Paralegal to join its New York, NY office as an integral part of the Estate Planning & Administration team. The paralegal will assist multiple attorneys with a variety of duties related to estate planning & administration. The position entails performing a wide range of complex estate administration functions requiring knowledge of estates and trusts, estate planning, investments, Medicaid regulations, as well as a general understanding of probate and tax laws.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Administration of decedents' estates, including the preparation of probate, administration and related Surrogate's Court filings. Must be adept with e-filing and New York estate administration procedures.
