TS/SCI Systems Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Systems Engineer to support a federal client in San Antonio. This individual will be responsible for:

• Develop, maintain, and refine SysML based system models supporting architecture definition, requirements decomposition, interface design, and verification planning
• Use MBSE/MSBE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, MATLAB/Simulink, STK) to support design trades, risk assessments, and technical baseline decisions.
• Support the design, integration, and sustainment of cryptographic architectures, key management solutions, and secure communication pathways for space systems.
• Ensure system models accurately reflect COMSEC requirements, constraints, and mission critical security behaviors.
• Participate in technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and provide engineering recommendations to PMO leadership.
