Opportunity Description
- Conduct workshops with RMs, Credit Risk, Ops, Compliance, and other relevant stakeholders
- Capture end-to-end credit lifecycle (origination > approval > disbursement)
- Document As-Is / To-Be Process and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Produce BRD / FSD / user stories
- Define Business rules (credit scoring, decisioning, workflows)
- Map data requirements across LOS, core banking, etc.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Support SIT/ UAT and validate output...
