Opportunity Description
We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled SEN Tutor to support children and young people with special educational needs across Gillingham. This part-time, flexible role suits someone who wants meaningful work that fits around other commitments.
You’ll provide tailored one-to-one or small-group tuition, adapting your approach to each learner’s needs — whether that’s autism, ADHD, dyslexia, social and emotional difficulties, or other additional needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, individualised tuition sessions to children/young people with SEN
* Adapting teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and needs
* Building trusted, supportive relationships with pupils to encourage progress and confidence
* Tracking and reporting on pupil progress
* Liaising with parents, carers, and schools as needed
