UAE National Talent Acquisition Lead

Ghobash Group in Dubai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead Emiratization to oversee Emiratization recruitment initiatives across the Group. This role involves managing UAE National talent pipelines, maintaining strong partnerships with educational institutions, and ensuring compliance with Emiratization regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition focused on Emiratization, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The position is full-time and does not allow for remote work.
