UAE Service Advisor: Customer Focus & Growth Targets

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Bodyshop operations across the UAE. This front-line role involves welcoming customers, capturing job requirements accurately, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting service revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of dealership experience, including 3 years as a Service Advisor. Responsibilities include preparing repair orders, providing cost estimates, and coordinating with the workshop.
