The Junior HRBP plays a vital role in supporting various HR processes including talent acquisition, engagement, learning, development, budgeting and reporting. The role involves maintaining organizational standards in SAP, ensuring compliance in personnel administration, and supporting other departmental priorities with a generalist approach.
