The role involves maintaining organizational standards in SAP, ensuring compliance in personnel administration, and supporting other departmental priorities with a generalist approach. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, firm knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage sensitive personnel information with confidentiality.
