UI (Product) Designer - Principal Associate

We're looking for a Product Designer (UI) to join our Design team at Capital One. As a company we have a mission to make credit simple, and to achieve this we constantly strive for a more human‑centred business. You'll join our wider Design team and work in cross‑functional teams alongside Product, Engineering, Research and Business Analysts to translate big business goals into memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑fidelity design solutions that span the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptual sketches to production‑ready assets and technical specs.
• Explore a variety of visual design directions rapidly and iteratively, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for visual quality.
• Be a brand guardian and influence the application of our visual language whilst being an advocate for quality.
