UIUX Senior/Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Partner with project managers, clients, and the development team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
Identify gaps in user insights, motivations, and pain points to strengthen design strategies.
Propose and conduct user research initiatives, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs.
Ensure all design outputs are visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent with established brand guidelines and design systems.
