As aPayments Sales Team Lead, you will lead and manage a team of Payment Sales Managers (PSMs) covering a portfolio ofCorporate Multinational clients, with responsibility forNorth American coverage and APAC inbound client opportunities. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth acrosstreasury services, merchant services, and trade & working capital, while ensuring disciplined pipeline management, consistent sales execution, and high-quality client outcomes. This role requires strong leadership across regions, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and the capability to coach teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that improve clients’ treasury operations and working capital efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and developa team of PSMs, setting performance expectations, enabling skill development, and driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first execution.
