Opportunity Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long‑term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in both private and public sectors. Serve as a strategic advisor on critical transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructurings.

Business Development: Lead and drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities in the UK market. Secure high‑value engagements, cultivate relationships with existing clients, and develop cross‑selling strategies with other service lines.

Lead Transactional Advisory Services: Oversee a team of professionals providing services such as financial due diligence, buy‑side and sell‑side advisory, and post‑transaction integration or restructuring. Offer strategic insights to clients throughout the lifecycle of their transactions.
