Underground Maintenance Logistics Coordinator (Emo)

Position Overview

Under the general direction of the Senior Reliability Specialist, this position links the Underground Maintenance and Warehouse teams, ensuring over $5M in annual goods transfers remain organized, documented, and timely. It also coordinates component core returns and repairable materials.

7/7 shift, 12‑hour days.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret weekly maintenance schedules and coordinate with the warehouse and Maintenance Supervisor to plan parts and components.
• Ensure direct purchase items and warehouse materials are picked and staged for the upcoming week’s maintenance schedule.
• Manage repair and return processes of maintenance components (repair/return of stock/direct charge components).
• Manage weekly material staging areas and maintain them in a clean, organized manner.
