The Miner is responsible to achieve performance targets in sections, through planning, organizing, and control of day-to-day operations. Minimum Qualifications Criteria
National Senior Certificate (With Mathematics and English) Valid Blasting Certificate Gas Testing Certificate Competent A 5 years experience in underground gold mining Additional Criteria
Medically fit and able to work in challenging conditions. Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Experience and knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment and relevant legislation Self-Mastery: Takes accountability for driving own growth through developing self-awareness, reflecting, seeking feedback and self-correcting Responsibilities and duties
