Underground Utility Superintendent

A well-established underground construction company with over 70 years of experience is seeking an Underground Utility Superintendent in Shreveport, LA 71106! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, results-driven contractor with major water, sewer, storm drain, and data center-related utility work across Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, and surrounding markets.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Utility Superintendent position include:

Experience leading underground utility crews on water, sewer, storm drain, and pipe installation projects.

Ability to work as an active, hands-on superintendent operating equipment and supporting the crew in the field.

Experience with deep pipe, large pipe, and smaller maintenance utility work, commonly in the 12–16 inch range.

Ability to supervise typical 5-person crews and help ramp up crew production as project demands increase.
