What it’s like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representative
Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Commercial Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, Underwriting Service Support, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right. Required Skills
Performing data entry and data calculations Communicating with underwriters for verification and qualification of information Being accurate, while also being efficient Multi‑tasking Customer Service Qualifications
Post‑Secondary Education and/or Insurance experience Intermediate level computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs Actively pursuing a CIP designation Benefits
