Job Summary

He/She will be an L3 Engineer for Unified Communication Services in CA‑CIB, providing support for all run activities within the team in Singapore. The role involves maintaining the health and stability of the technical solutions within their scope and collaborating with technical peers such as architects, regional experts, and project teams on technology roadmaps and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assign technical tasks and manage delegation for technical issues.
