Unified Communications (UC) Engineer

**Description**

Tyto Athene is looking for a **Unified Communications (UC)** **Engineer** to support a critical initiative to support our Federal customer's migration from a legacy telephony systems to Microsoft Teams.This position handles the planning, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Teams Phone System, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Planning and supporting deployment of Microsoft Teams-based UC solutions.
+ Setting up and managing call queues, auto attendants, and other telephony features
+ Configuring and supporting MS Teams for different devices, including desktop phones, especially Poly CCX models. This includes setting up phone Configuration Profiles, Common Area Phones, Zero touch login.
+ Diagnosing and resolving issues related to MS Teams including call quality problems, call routing issues, and device connectivity problems.
