• Operations & Monitoring: Ensure availability, performance, and daily service health
• Incident Management: Lead resolution of incidents and restore service quickly
• Problem Management: Identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
• Change Management: Execute changes with proper controls and risk management
• Compliance & Security: Follow banking regulations and support audits
• Automation & Improvement: Streamline processes and reduce manual effort

Technical Skills

• Conocimiento de operaciones IT (infraestructura, aplicaciones, middleware)
• Experiencia en monitorización y herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, etc.)
• Gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios (ITIL)

Banking & Compliance

• Trabajo en entornos regulados (auditorías, controles, seguridad)
• Conocimiento de gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento
