Channel/Customer Responsibilities:
- Develop and own channel and account strategies aligned with business objectives and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD).
- Lead category planning and secure approval of Category Plans, including investment (CPP), offtake targets, Turnover, CPP%, and Risks & Opportunities in alignment with Latest Estimate.
- Drive category reviews and establish category captaincy with key customers to strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Lead pre-JBP and JBP discussions with customers.
- Provide key inputs into deployment plans across projects.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify risks and opportunities, including SOS, SOA, distribution gaps, and execution fundamentals, and translate insights into actionable brand-level initiatives.
