About the Role The Unit Head Business Development (Islamic Microfinance Division) will be responsible for driving the growth of Islamic Banking by developing and implementing effective business strategies, identifying opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve Islamic Banking growth objectives.
Identify and develop opportunities for increasing Islamic financing and deposit portfolios.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify business opportunities and product gaps.
Coordinate with Bank’s Product Development, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Shariah functions.
Support the establishment and expansion of Islamic Banking Branches (IBBs), Islamic Banking Windows (IBWs), and other Islamic Banking delivery channels.
Prepare annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and portfolio growth strategies for Islamic Banking.
