Unit Manager Compliance Governance - Karachi /Islamabad

Position Summary:
The Unit Head, Governance Compliance will lead and manage the governance, risk, and compliance functions of the organization. This individual will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance policies, and best practices in compliance management. The role involves strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and ensuring that all compliance processes are aligned with both internal and external standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure robust governance and execution of Compliance Program.

– Maintain awareness of the Compliance Team towards organizational compliance objectives delivery and act as transformation catalyst with support in formulation of policies, procedures, controls and implementation of system & tools.
