Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, including performance management and field coaching.
- Strong skills in territory management, route planning, and channel or key account development.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
