The Universal Banker II works with Branch Management to implement and carry out Bank policy, procedures, and goals with respect to the overall operation of the branch. This role proactively generates new deposit accounts, loan applications and investment referrals and will proactively generate leads for all banking relationships. The Universal Banker II manages the branch in the absence of Branch Management as necessary and covers other branches as directed, as well as assists with the development and coaching of staff.
